Mission

Biba Miho is going to lend a helping hand to families incapable of providing for themselves. Our goal is to create decent living situations. We will not just donate a house, but also goods to improve living situations, such as: gas cookers and refrigerators. Many families on Curacao with small children do not own a refrigerator! There is also a lack of schoolbooks and uniforms. Not to mention the lack of food. We are trying to do something about these shortages.

Vision

The families we are going to help must come to us for help. They have to be motivated and willing to work for a living. They must be willing to lend a helping hand to improve the live situation of a newly adopted family. This way we hope to create a network of future volunteers. Via Biba Miho we will try to stimulate employers to help the unemployed find jobs.

An important issue is that the kids go to school every day. We will be scouting for people willing to adopt a family. Twice a month they will pay a visit to deliver food-parcels. All this of course until a family can stand on it’s own two legs. We will try to reach companies and local businessmen to not just donate money, but also building materials and furniture. Everybody is a volunteer in this project including the board of directors of Biba Miho. Every penny will be well spent.
